How do I make a payment?
On Supertrips.com you can safely and easily pay by credit card. Because of the international character of Supertrips.com, we’ve chosen to process all payments via credit card and therefore do not (yet) offer any other form of payment.

Can I make a reservation without a credit card?
To guarantee your reservation on Supertrips.com you need a credit card. You could also use a credit card in someone else’s name, provided that that person has given you permission to use it.

I’ve entered my credit card information. When will the transaction take place?
The transaction will only be completed once the accommodation host has confirmed the reservation. The host has 24 hours to confirm or cancel the reservation. If he does not respond within 24 hours, the reservation automatically expires and your credit card will not be charged. 

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
You will immediately receive an email when the host has confirmed your reservation.

Can I cancel or change my reservation via Supertrips.com?
Reservations need to be cancelled via the host, you can find his contact information in the reservation confirmation you received by email. The cancellation conditions that are used by the host can also be found in the reservation confirmation. You also need to contact the host if you wish to change your reservation.

What is included in the price?
At Supertrips.com you don’t pay any booking fees when you book an accommodation. The prices are completely transparent. Extra fees for, for example, breakfast are specified separately in the accommodation information. You will also find all possible obligatory extra fees (for example cleaning fees) in the summary of your reservation.

Where can I find the contact information of a host/accommodation?
The host’s name can be found in the description of the accommodation. You can contact the host directly by clicking on the contact button below his picture. As soon as you’ve made a reservation you will receive more information on the host and the accommodation.

Is tourist tax included in the price?
The prices always include tourist tax.

Do I have to pay a security deposit? 
Whether or not you have to pay a security deposit depends on the accommodation. In the description of the accommodation, under ‘Conditions’, you will find more information about the security deposit.

Why do you give the host 24 hours respond-time?
24 hours seems like a long time in this age of lightning fast internet, and it is. But the hosts who run these accommodations (most of them don't have much capacity) are not always used to online reservation systems. By giving the host some time to check the availability we help prevent double bookings.
